Dr. Neetha

Dr. Neetha is a qualified Ayurveda doctor from India, with a wealth of experience of working under many eminent doctors as a junior doctor. She also has experience of successfully running her own Ayurveda and yoga centre in India before coming to United Kingdom. She has worked as an Ayurveda practitioner in the UK for many years, blending yoga and Ayurveda.

She is a qualified 200 hrs Rajadhiraja yoga teacher who aspires to spread the knowledge of yoga to achieve the best of physical and mental health.
