Step 1: Please click on the ‘Book Now’ button which will direct you to PayPal where you can complete your payment process.
Step 2: You will receive a zoom meeting link within 1-4 hours and this link will take you to the waiting room.
Step 3: Please be in the waiting room 15 minutes before the meeting begins so that you can keep your mats and props ready and adjust your camera to the best view of the class.
Once we start the class, I will mute everybody so that the background noise isn’t an issue.
I will be available for 10 mins after the class for chat if you have any questions.
